Dear Families,

Are you ready to come back to Baldwin on Monday?? We are ready for YOU! :) Here are the most important pieces of information you need.

My Best,

Drop-off and Arrival
All students must arrive wearing a mask. Disposable masks will be provided for students who don’t have one.

Students who arrive on the bus will be met at the bus and supervised/escorted to their classroom line-up spots.

Walkers should arrive at 8:40AM and look for their class at their lineup spot. Their teachers will be there waiting. Students will line up with their class. Students MUST be supervised by caregivers before 8:40AM. See lineup spots below!

Parents who drive may do a live drop-off in the bus zone in front of the school starting at 8:40A,. Students MUST be supervised by caregivers before 8:40AM. Parking will not be permitted in the bus lane.

Around 8:50AM, we will walk students inside the building one class at a time to wash hands and get started with our day. Students and staff are the only ones allowed in the building for safety.

During the Day
Kids will wear masks, be reminded to keep a physical distance from others and wash/sanitize their hands frequently.

Meals will be eaten inside the classroom (following safety protocols) or outside when possible.

Recess will be outside and students will be supported in finding ways to play safely while keeping physical distance between others outside.

Mask breaks will be provided throughout the day (following safety protocols).

Pick-up and Dismissal
Students will line up for busses and be loaded on busses after bus attendance is taken. All students will be checked in before getting on their busses.

Parents who are waiting to pick up should line up, keeping physical distance, starting at the garden area on the sidewalk, with the line heading toward Massachusetts Ave. Once students come out, parents should meet their students at the morning line-up spot.
