Annual Autumn Tradition

Working with Garden Coordinator Karl, students enjoyed a wonderful annual tradition: cider pressing. What a fun way to celebrate the fall harvest and outdoor learning. The students worked at different stations, washing, cutting, grinding and pressing apples. There is great anticipation as the students can't wait to try the cider as they watch it drip out of the press.
