Ms. Corianne's JK/K classroom is wondering about restaurants. First, the students brainstormed about restaurants, asking what they know about restaurants, what they want to know and would like to see in their restaurant. They are in the process of researching restaurants. They walked to the Cambridge Common restaurant to visit their kitchen. hey then have a very special opportunity to visit Chef Jodi Adams at Rialto in Harvard Square. hef Adams gave them a tour of the kitchen and made some food for the students. These trips help to answer some of the questions they had about restaurants. Pretty soon, the dramatic play area will be converted into a restaurant. The students have already thought of a name for their restaurant. Stay tuned for the unveiling of their restaurant.
